Emma has been dancing since the age of 4 training in ISTD Tap, Ballet, Modern Theatre and Jazz and later studied the art of acting and devising and as well as Contemporary dance, choreographic technique and dance analysis. Emma trained at the University of Chichester Studying Musical Theatre Triple Threat where she graduated in 2017 with a First- class BA Hons degree. Here, Emma was fortunate enough to work alongside working professionals in Singing Acting and Dancing, which she specialised in taking on roles such as Dance Captain, for multiple shows such as ‘Crazy For You’, ‘A Little Night Music’ and Assistant Choreographer for ‘Carousel’ and ‘City of Angels’.
Emma was teaching children of all ages whilst she was in her training and this was where she really found her love of teaching and working with children, young people and adults through the use of the performing Arts.
Since graduating Emma has thrown herself into teaching Singing, Dancing and Acting in several different schools and is currently undergoing the process of getting her Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) in Modern and Tap for the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Emma has a passion for performing and teaching and always looks forward to seeing her students progress and succeed.
